Terms and Conditions
All furniture on this web site is offered for sale at the price shown on screen and is inclusive of United Kingdom VAT (Currently 20%). Payment for goods may be by secure credit or debit card transaction or Paypal. There are no additional charges applied to credit card purchases. All prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted.
FREE Delivery Offer - Free delivery applies to all orders for delivery to green zone postcodes. Amber and red zone postcodes incur a charge. Please see the delivery information page for details of postcode zones.
We only deliver to the United Kingdom. We attempt to deliver all orders within the time frame specified in the delivery information page. Our charges vary depending on your location. Please view the delivery page for more information.
Delivery Failures. Depending on the method of delivery we use the following terms will apply to failed deliveries. (You will always be informed how we intend to deliver your order prior to its delivery).
a. Delivery By Parcel Courier - We will contact you by a dispatch notification email confirming date of dispatch and the intended delivery date. Should you not be home when your order arrives, our carrier will post a failed delivery card through your door. They will re-attempt delivery up to three times maximum. After three failed deliveries, the goods shall be returned to our warehouse at your cost. Your order will then be cancelled and refunded minus a £30 return delivery charge.
b. Delivery By Our Own Vehicles or Sub Contract Direct Home Delivery Service - We or the home delivery company we use will email or call you to arrange delivery and you will be given a date and an estimated time window for you to agree to. Once a date is agreed, should you not be home when we arrive, the goods shall be returned to our warehouse. A failed delivery fee of £40 will be applied to your order, regardless of whether the order is re-delivered or cancelled. If the delivery failure is because we arrive outside of the agreed time window, then the failed delivery fee will obviously not be charged.
Please note that it is your responsibility to be home to accept delivery at the previously arranged date/time.
You may cancel your order at any time by contacting us via email or telephone. If your goods have not been dispatched, we will arrange for a full refund via the payment method you used to purchase the goods. If your order has been dispatched, you will also be charged for the costs of returning the goods to us. This charge depends on what is on your order but is typically in the region £20 to £40. Please see our delivery page for further information. This will be deducted from any refund given.
4. Returns - Defective Products
If you receive your furniture and there are any defects, then at our discretion we will either replace the faulty item or provide a full refund for the total purchase price and we will collect the goods at our cost. Just call 01663 749049 so that we can arrange collection.
5. Returns - Consumer Contracts Regulations 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 14 days. The 14 days start from the day after the day that you receive the goods at the designated delivery address. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, but not any delivery charges (If the order has been dispatched). In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be unopened and in as new condition. We unconditionally reserve the right to not refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. Please note that if you exercise this right ot return, you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. This charge depends on what is on your order, but is typically in the region of £20 to £60. Please see our delivery page for further information. Where you exercise this right to cancel, we undertake to refund your money within 7 days of receiving the goods back into our warehouse. In addition to the return delivery charges, we will not refund any delivery charges you may have incurred in receiving your goods. The only exception to this is if the goods are faulty, in which case we bear all the costs.
Under no circumstances (Except if faulty), will flat packed furniture be accepted back once assembly is partially or fully completed. For reasons of hygiene, mattresses will not be accepted back if the bag seals have been opened. Vacuum packed foam mattresses will not be accepted back if they have been decompressed ready for use.
